Ultrasonic
cleaning systems base their running on the cavitation. This
phenomenon, added to the chemical action of a proper detergent,
permits to obtain high standard of cleaning of the components.
These kinds of systems are usually made up of a series of tanks
placed side by side; every tank has a specific function. The
number and the typology of the tanks depend on the kind of dirty,
on the material and on the level of cleaning you desire. In
addiction to the high quality, the advantage of the ultrasonic
cleaning is that this system permits to treat the components in
every part, even if they show a complex geometry. The transport
system of the components might be automatic or manual. Of couse,
the ultrasounds assembled are "Genus XC" with
extracavity transducers.
