"Cavitometro"

 Measure of the cavitation intensity, of the ultrasonic frequency and of the liquid temperature

The "cavitometro" is a measuring instrument which consents to determine the cavitation intensity in the ultrasonic tanks. This fact has a big importance because a correct process must necessarily have a control system of the parameters of this same process. About the cleaning, these parameters are temperature, concentration, the kind of detergent, the time and the mechanical action of the ultrasound. For the first three parameters the measurment has no problems and it can be always done, while for the most important parameter, the ultrasounds, there weren't proper instruments before. Thanks to our technology is now possile to verify if the ultrasounds are able to clean. This is possible not through empiric and approximate proves, which might be influenced by a lot of parameters, but through an objective measurement. The instrument measures not only the cavitation, but also the temperature, and the frequency of the ultrasounds. Therefore thanks to the "Cavitometro" it's possible to modify the cleaning variables in order to maximize the result.
